You manage end-to-end training operations support for assigned courses, including ground preparation and ensuring smooth transition in the execution for courses.
What you will be working on
- Manage training resource allocation and assist in pre-and post-course support
- Implement support plans for International Officers
- Coordinate examination processes and support
- Support management of centralised workplace training attachments
- Assist in management of learning devices

- Managing diverse training operations support requirements with limited resources
- Coordinating across multiple school-houses with different needs
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in training and administration
- Proficiency in office suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong resourcefulness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills across all management levels
