To support the coordination and administration of Masters of Science in Venture Creation - GRIP Venture Creation Practicum.
- Orchestrate innovation: Coordinate and execute a master degree academic module, workshops, high-impact events, and founder-instructor interactions for aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Run the engine: Manage all logistics from scheduling to venue booking and operational support, ensuring every session runs like clockwork.
- Be the bridge: Serve as the key liaison between instructors, mentors, startup teams, and faculty to facilitate a seamless learning experience.
- Own the digital experience: Maintain and update learning materials, schedules, and communications via Canvas and other digital tools.
- Drive operations: Support reporting, procurement, finance tracking, and database management across the program lifecycle.
- Champion user experience: Handle inquiries from students and faculty with clarity and professionalism.
- Enable continuous growth: Track program progress, gather feedback, and contribute ideas for continual improvement.
- Collaborate across ecosystems: Work with external innovation partners, founders, and stakeholders to enhance the program experience.
- Adapt and grow: Take on new initiatives and special projects aligned with the evolution of the GRIP ecosystem.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program administration or coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Collaboration tools (Miro Board, Pollanywhere) and Video Tools (Synthesia)
- Familiarity with Canvas or other Learning Management Systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
