Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
- Drive design discussions and own the technical direction of the project.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Support integration with third-party APIs and financial services platforms.
- Implement CI/CD best practices and unit testing standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on development experience.
- Proven leadership in at least 2 full project lifecycles as a Technical Lead.
- Strong knowledge in React.js , Node.js , Typescript , and RESTful APIs .
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to banking or financial services systems is a strong advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and cloud services (e.g., AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
