We are seeking an experienced Senior HR & Administrative Executive to oversee daily office operations and provide comprehensive HR support. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient administrative processes, manage HR functions in compliance with Singapore employment laws, and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office & Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events, including venue bookings and logistics.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, mail) and maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital).
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting and claims, procurement processes.
- Other ad-hoc duties
2. Human Resources (HR) Functions:
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with PDPA and update HR databases
- Process payroll, including attendance tracking, CPF submissions, and benefits administration
- Handle end-to-end work pass applications (EP/S Pass/Work Permit), including MOM liaison, compliance, and documentation until successful approval. Stay updated on policy changes.
- Support performance management, including appraisals and employee development programs.
- Address employee queries on HR policies, leave, and other employment matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies in line with MOM regulations.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster positive employee relations and ensure a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR & administrative experience, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws (MOM, CPF, PDPA, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
