Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day full spectrum of HR matters.
- Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, salary benchmarking, to arranging and conducting interviews.
- Handle Work Pass matters, including Work Permit, S Pass, and EP applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Prepare and conduct new staff onboarding and orientation.
- Monitor staff confirmation and handle disciplinary issues.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Administer medical claims, leave applications, and Time Management HRMS.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and a collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
- Previous internship or relevant HR/administrative experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese and English
