1. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM systems (WPOL/EPOL).
- Support regional HR project, which includes Singapore, Malaysia, China and the Philippines.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Coordinate and support recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and other MOM guidelines.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Support initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
- Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and exit interviews.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Track employee development plans and training budgets.
- Liaise with training vendors and apply for government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture, SSG).
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits when necessary.
- Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and HR trends.
