Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 (Commensurate with experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-spectrum HR generalist role where you will partner with management and employees to drive effective HR processes, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Oversee payroll administration, leave management, and HR-related compliance matters
- Implement and review HR policies in line with company objectives and statutory requirements
- Support employee engagement, performance appraisal cycles, and talent development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
- Provide HR reports and data analysis for management decision-making
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
