Main Role & Responsibility
- Responsible for all tender and customers enquiries.
- Preparation of tender submissions including taking off quantities and sourcing for quotations from
suppliers and sub-contractors
- Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects
- issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with
sub-contractors and suppliers
- Monitor and keep track of deliveries from sub-contractors.
- Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, settlement of final accounts with client.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve competitive pricing
- Prepare and maintain competitive pricing information for all trades
- Budget & cost control for all projects
- Site Visit if needed
Qualifications / Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fit-out Works industry with main contractor
- Strong negotiation Skills
- Competent in costing related computer software
- Good team player, highly motivated, meticulous and cost conscious
- Able to meet tight datelines and work under pressure
- Candidates without experience but with the relevant qualifications can be considered for the junior position

- Years of Exp Required : 5 years for Senior, 1 year for Junior
- Skills : Quantity surveyor skills, Negotiation skills, Communications skills, Customer service
- Language : Spoken & Written in English And Mandarin
Salary range: S$2800 to S$4800
