Responsibilities:
- Handle and prepare product specifications according to client or project requirements
- Work closely with main contractors, architects, consultants, and developers to get products specified into projects
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key clients and prospective customers
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams for product delivery and technical support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales industry, preferably in a Key Account Manager or Technical Sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with professionals and site personnel Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to support reporting and presentation needs
