Job Description:
- Lead and implement organisational change initiatives that align with strategic goals and foster staff engagement
- Design inclusive change processes and support stakeholders in building change readiness and capabilities
- Oversee the development and integration of Translational Simulation to enhance team performance and service delivery
- Use simulation-based methods to identify and address systemic issues such as culture, teamwork, and patient experience
- Provide OD consultancy to leaders across departments, from planning to execution and evaluation of interventions
- Leverage data insights for informed decision-making and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organisation-wide projects and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Healthcare experience is an advantage
- Proven experience in organisational development, project leadership, and data-driven interventions; OD certifications preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and drive results
