Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist – Bank Campaigns to lead the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns in collaboration with top-tier bank and payment partners. This role is pivotal in managing and growing key partner relationships, securing co-marketing support, and delivering impactful campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth—particularly in Singapore and across regional markets.

In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Plan, execute, and manage co-branded marketing campaigns with leading bank and payment partners across Singapore and regional markets.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g., design, content, legal, CRM) to deliver campaign assets on time and in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Secure and manage funding from partners for Always-On and Tactical campaigns.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with bank/payment partners to ensure long-term collaboration, alignment on goals, and ongoing support for initiatives.
  • Work closely cross-functionally with CRM, design, product and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and delivery.
  • Track and report campaign results with clear insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to understand trends and identify white space opportunities.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in campaign marketing, partnerships marketing, or co-branded campaign execution, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from end to end.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure campaign success and inform decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with bank or payment teams in sectors such as travel, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple campaigns across regions.
  • Solid grasp of the marketing landscape, including CRM, paid media, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Knowledge of APAC banking and payments ecosystem and consumer behavior.
