Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead our brand and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for building and executing brand and marketing strategies that elevate the club’s identity, strengthen audience engagement, and support event and sponsorship growth. This includes managing campaigns across various channels, creating impactful content, growing our digital presence, and delivering high-quality event experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies to strengthen the club’s identity, grow community engagement, and drive overall visibility.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Create high-quality, engaging content—including videos, graphics, and athlete spotlights—that reflect the club’s culture and promote upcoming events.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar, publishing 2–3 posts per week across relevant social platforms.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Organize and execute club events such as swim meets, training camps, team socials, and fundraising activities, ensuring strong branding and participant experience.
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with the club’s values and support marketing and event goals.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth operations and successful execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to keep the club’s communications fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or branding role, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or events industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement brand strategies and integrated marketing plans.
- Proficiency in content creation, including social media copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
- Experience in planning and managing events with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for events.
- Passion for youth sports, swimming, or community building is a strong plus.
