About the Role – Senior Curriculum Lead
As our Senior Mathematics Curriculum & Teaching Lead, you will:
- Take ownership of the Primary and Secondary Mathematics curriculum , ensuring content is rigorous, engaging, and aligned with MOE standards.
- Teach weekly group classes across selected levels, maintaining direct engagement with students and modelling high-quality instruction.
- Set the benchmark for teaching excellence , and oversee the teaching team’s quality through mentoring, training, and lesson observation.
- Design and organise special events, crash courses, and enrichment programmes to enhance student learning and drive brand visibility. Work closely with the management team to provide strategic input on curriculum direction and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Mathematics or related fields preferred).
- 5+ years of proven teaching experience , with demonstrated success in both Primary and Secondary Mathematics.
- Strong knowledge of the PSLE and GCE O-Level syllabi .
- Prior experience in curriculum development and teacher mentoring .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for raising standards and inspiring both students and teachers. Willingness to work weekends.
Working Schedule
Monday & Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: 1:00pm – 8:30pm
Thursday: 12:30pm – 8:00pm
Friday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:45am – 6:30pm
