Work Experience
Key Responsibilities;
- Responsible for end to end recruitment(Sourcing to Induction)
- Identify, source and screen candidates from engineering background.
- Build relations with the colleges and conduct/participate recruitment events and hire suitable talent from colleges.
- Source candidates using resume databases, Job Boards, Social media, networking, and head hunting.
- Conduct telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and assisting with travel arrangements for candidates.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking database in recruiting automation tool
- Work with other recruiters and hiring managers from Quest Global office locations.
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree science or engineering
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in full cycle of recruiting engineering professionals.
- Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends, with the capacity to keep pace with changes within technology profession.
- Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest innovative recruiting resources and techniques
- Must have experience and comfort cold calling candidates at all levels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive, and negotiation skills
