Job Description:
- Supports in the tender exercise through planning of work execution sequence and value engineering proposals.
- Ensure proper document system are implemented to ensure data traceability.
- Any ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by superior or management.
- Ability to understand and convert client’s Project requirements into the required plan to be executed by the project team.
- Prepare and update Project programming plan.
- Experience in Project planning, preferably in the Civil / Structure / Steel Structure / M&E industry.
- Familiarity in the use of Risk and Product Management Software.
- Good knowledge of Project management processes & practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting the problems
- Good Project management skills.
- Planning and configuration to suit Project requirements.
- Ability to plan according to the changing situations, based on client request
- Prepared to make site visits when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry, airport project experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management/ M&E or equivalent.
- Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD and Microsoft office.
- Well-versed in MS Office software for presentations and Microsoft Project for submissions to client during tender & project execution phase.
- To have prior experience in airport construction project planning with building-related facility.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
