Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Partner with stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively
meet the organisational objectives.
2. Management of request for quotations from requirements up to award stage and purchase order issuance.
3. Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders on all procurement related matters and ensure they
comply with the procurement policies and procedures.
4. Lead contract negotiation and supplier management process to ensure quality, pricing and delivery
objectives are met.
5. Develop long-term relationships with suppliers by negotiating terms and agreements to ensure favorable
conditions for the organisation.
6. Evaluate and perform strategic sourcing of new suppliers to support the organisations' future growth.
7. Check and serve as procurement approver for purchases.
8. Participate in process improvement projects to derive efficiency throughout the organisation.
9. Logistics coordination, liaise with project team and forwarding agents.
