Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Site Management
- Lead construction activities from mobilization to final handover.
- Develop and manage construction schedules; brief vendors on timelines.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure work quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Oversee compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers, Design Team, Consultants, and Clients to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Interpret and communicate plans, progress, and technical details to staff, consultants, and client representatives.
- Conduct and minute weekly vendor/subcontractor meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit site-related reports, including pre-construction surveys, weekly progress updates, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure proper documentation of defects, quality checks, and closure processes.
- Prepare OMM manuals, as-built drawings, and reports for client handover.
4. Quality & Safety Assurance
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Enforce adherence to WSH Act, ID21 safety protocols, building codes, and building management regulations.
- Champion a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
5. Regulatory & Building Management Coordination
- Coordinate BMO inspections (e.g., water ponding test, ceiling void checks, post-renovation inspections).
- Arrange access to building M&E facilities in coordination with building management.
6. Leadership & Team Development
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior construction team members.
- Develop and implement SOPs, construction strategies, and quality control protocols with the Head of Construction. Lead by example to uphold company standards, site professionalism, and safety culture.
We welcome candidates who have:
- Min 8 to 10 years of Construction experience handling interior fit-out projects.
- Degree / Diploma in Building Construction.
