Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate project resources and information, ensuring that the project requirements are met. As a Project Engineer (PE) you will be responsible for working across multiple teams while executing project plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Project Tasks
- Discipline in detailed documentation and reporting of projects plan, project status and issue logs.
- Identify and schedules customer-facing meetings to assure effective completion of projects Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project schedule.
- To assist in install, setup, testing and provide technical support for the product installation team.
- Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Review technical documentation of projects and implementations as well as service deliverables.
- Manage customer relations by fostering productive and effective relationships with business users.
- Timely escalation of critical situations and any likely project risk that can impact project delivery scheduled to Manager.
- Effectively and accurately set client expectations and deliverables.
- Write documents describing functional specifications, protocols, test cases and maintenance guidelines for medical equipment.
- Keep documentation of implementation on all medical equipment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in the IT industry, preferably involved in project delivery adopting SDL
- Familiar with Networking, Microsoft Operating System and SQL Server
- Relevant experience or interest in project management will be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to details and results-oriented
- Ability to influence and present to the leadership team
