The Role: Project Design Executive (Interior fit-out)
Job Duties:
- Prepare design proposal, detailing and materials specification
- Prepare presentation board and conceptual design.
- Prepare tender and fitting-out shop drawings.
- Prepare work schedule, progress report and documentation.
- Project Planning & Manage overall project schedule
- Project Coordination & liaison with all project parties involved.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree with equivalent or relevant Architecture / Design Certificates.
- Min 3 years of related experience in Interior Design Industry/Renovation
- Diploma or Degree holder Engineering / Building / Construction, Architecture or equivalent
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledgeable in project management for all stages of project.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and adaptability to the changing environment
