Job Description
The Sales executive is responsible for identifying and directing sales channels for live, fresh and frozen seafood products, to corporate customers in the F&B industry for wholesale and export markets .
The Sales executive’s responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets, and subsequently hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer/market trends.
Develop new accounts and through business development activities; e.g. cold calling and sales visits. Implementation of marketing programs, initiative and exhibition to generate revenue and create awareness and branding for company's products.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Retail/F&B experience is an added advantage. Preferably a candidate in similar industry
- Proven sales executive, export market experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Highly proactive with the ability to multi-task
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Basic salary + Commission
