Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business development and sales across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, an extensive network of hotel contacts, and the ability to lead and grow a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with luxury and mid-scale hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel procurement teams, GMs, and decision-makers.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for both Singapore and Malaysia markets.
- Promote and position the Hotels Vanity brand as a preferred supplier of luxury hotel amenities.
- Lead negotiations and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives in both countries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing team to ensure offerings meet regional client needs.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (5–10 years) in B2B sales within the hospitality sector, preferably with hotel amenities, F&B, linen, or related categories.
- Strong existing network within 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotel chains in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- Leadership experience, including managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to travel between Singapore and Malaysia as needed.
- Based in Singapore or Malaysia (Singapore preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Familiarity with regional hospitality standards, procurement processes, and regulations.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Tamil is a plus.
