Working hours: 5 days
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Guide and oversee social workers, caseworkers, and support staff.
- Case Management: Manage complex cases; conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Collaboration: Partner with professionals, agencies, and organizations to improve social service delivery.
- Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policies affecting resident well-being; help develop organizational policies.
- Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff on current best practices.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle program management tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Crisis Response: Provide immediate support and intervention during crises and emergencies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work
- Willing to comply with Standard Operating Procedures
- Willing to perform shift work per Duty Roster
- 3 years of direct practice and 1 year in a supervisory role
