Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement a strategic relationship tailored to each major account.
- Regularly engage with key stakeholders within the accounts to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by the customers to ensure their satisfaction.
2. Expansion and Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand the business scope within existing key accounts.
- Explore possibilities for to work with leads in regional markets or other countries, leveraging existing relationships and expertise.
3. RFI, RFQ, and Tender Responses:
- Respond promptly and effectively to requests for information (RFI), requests for quotation (RFQ), and tender opportunities from corporate customers.
- Review existing contracts and ensure the continuation of business with key accounts.
- Ensure that all responses are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with company capabilities and objectives.
4. Logistics Execution and Compliance:
- Ensure that logistics execution activities meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to support the expected substantial profitable growth of the business.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with SLAs and relevant regulations to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for
- Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Good knowledge of supply chain-related services, warehousing, and distribution if preferable
- Able to work effectively and independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive mindset, confident and able to contribute positively within a reputable growing group.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
