- Set the tone : Be the first smile guests see, and ensure they feel welcomed and taken care of.
- Lead your crew : Guide the front-of-house team with energy and clarity. Run pre-shift briefings and be the go-to support throughout service.
- Solve in real-time : Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
- Keep standards high : Uphold and improve service quality day in, day out.
- Build a better team : Coach, motivate, and support your team’s development.
