Job Scope:
- Lead and support the sales team by providing coaching, setting clear goals, and ensuring collaboration.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in the maintenance sector, including setting targets and identifying new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to meet business goals. Stay updated on market trends and provide regular training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in ACMV or HVAC systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong in sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing of maintenance contracts. Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
