Invoicing:
- Track shipping schedules, outstanding payments, and necessary documentation.
- Create invoices and packing lists for trade transactions.
Documentation Management:
- Manage import and export documentation between suppliers and customers.
- Prepare documents for submitting export Letters of Credit (L/C) and collection bills to banks.
- Issue import Letters of Credit (L/C) to overseas suppliers.
- Review export Letters of Credit (L/C) issued by international customers.
Claims Handling:
- Process debit and credit notes for suppliers and customers related to claims.
Customer Relations:
- Coordinate with overseas offices for sales and procurement activities.
- Work closely with the Order Management Team to manage sales and purchase orders.
- Liaise with bankers on trade finance matters.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year experience in handling shipping documentation
- Diploma/ Degree in Shipping/Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Positive work attitude
- Good team player
