Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- 8 days off per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping operations, documentation, and risk management.
- Monitor shipping progress and handle contingency plans when required.
- Manage contracts and settlement processes.
- Collect, track, and analyze market information.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipping operations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Singapore.
- Prior experience in shipping coordination, preferably in dry bulk vessels / bulk cargo .
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
