Job Description:
- Preparing Import/Export documentation & processes
- Updating rates with carriers/liners/agents
- Accurate shipment order/data entries and reports
- Handling bookings with shipping lines/airlines & co-loaders
- Follow up on shipments and updating of shipping status
- Co-ordination of pick up and deliveries
- Generating invoices.
- Costing, closing of files and filing
You are also required to do other duties when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O levels
- 1 year freight forwarding experience preferred
- A self-starter and is customer service oriented
- Able to work independently
- Good in MS Words and Excel.
