Our esteemed client in the Environmental Engineering industry is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Construction Supervisor
- Location: West (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm; Sat half day, 8.30am to 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that all activities align with project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and related activities. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and address performance or interpersonal issues as needed.
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards by conducting regular site inspections and ensuring that all workers adhere to established safety protocols.
- Review ongoing work to ensure it meets required quality standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Oversee the timely delivery and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure resources are available, functional, and efficiently utilized.
- Serve as the main point of contact between site teams, project managers, engineers, and clients. Provide consistent updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Respond promptly to any delays, equipment malfunctions, or unforeseen site challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
