Job description:
- Work closely with our Project Management team to ensure success of the project.
- Based on project requirement, plan, organize and manage our in-house construction team to execute the works on schedule, with good quality and safety.
- Monitor & control the usage of material, manpower and machinery used on site.
- Devise and propose construction methodologies that will improve constructability, quality and safety.
- Provide support to colleagues to ensure that they can complete the assigned work
- Provide on-the-job training to colleagues
- Manage and control manpower budget
Job requirement:
- At least 10 years of Construction Implementation experience using direct workforce
- Deep experience in piping and equipment installation
- Good experience in Testing and Commissioning of Process Utilities
- Experience in other utility systems is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email
- Excellent project control and people management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
