Overall Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Human Capital Business Partner and General Manager, to manage the social media accounts and recruitment for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools
- Research social trends, hashtags, and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments or messages under guidance
- Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, visuals, and campaigns that reflect our organizational values and voice
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts
- Support on staff engagement activities and initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting officer
Key Attributes:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, communications, media or related fields
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong writing, visual, and storytelling skills with a keen sense for trends and tone
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creative communication and community engagement
- Have experience in basic video editing or graphic design
