About the Job:
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team at Independent Reserve Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our social presence and connect with audiences in the fast-moving crypto space. Some of the key activities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Independent Reserve’s brand, business goals, and regulatory obligations
- Manage day-to-day operations of all owned social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring consistent tone, voice, and visual identity
- Plan, create, and publish original content (static posts, videos, carousels, stories, reels) tailored for each social platform and audience segment
- Develop multimedia content including branded visuals, motion graphics, short-form videos, and thought leadership snippets
- Support integrated marketing campaigns with social-first content that amplifies reach and reinforces messaging
- Manage posting schedules, track campaign performance, and iterate based on data and audience insights
- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversions to measure performance across channels
- Provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders, using data to inform future strategies and improve results
- Work closely with marketing, growth, PR, and compliance teams to align messaging and priorities across regions and business unit
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar social media or digital content role
- Proven ability to create compelling narratives and content across multiple formats and platforms
- A background in modern journalism, content creation, or digital storytelling
- Experience managing brand accounts or personal projects with strong following
- A strong interest in and working knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and the broader Web3 ecosystem is essential
- Comfortable and articulate on camera, with the confidence to appear in videos, livestreams, or branded content
- Ability to pitch, develop, and produce multimedia content, from ideation to publishing
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), analytics platforms, and scheduling systems
- Familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) is a must
- Passionate about storytelling and content innovation
- A self-starter who lives and breathes media monitoring, content trends, and social engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
