Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive
Reports To: Administration Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, digital engagement, and creating compelling content that drives user interaction and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Xiaohongshu etc.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media insights to guide content strategy and improve engagement
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Chinese social media such as Xiaohongshu etc.)
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) and generate regular reports
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices
- Engage with influencers and online communities to amplify brand visibility
- Support product launches, events, and promotions through social media campaigns
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, etc.)
- Good understanding of social media KPIs, SEO basics, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Strong creative and writing skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with video content creation or reels
- Basic graphic design or photo/video editing skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Knowledge of influencer marketing or community management
