Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
- Able to manage and execute projects independently.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

- Dive into complex ad systems and intricate codebases, driving changes across various serving stacks.
- Contribute to the design of new features and system enhancements, taking complete ownership of their implementation, testing, and deployment to Google's production systems.
- Diagnose and resolve critical customer issues, identifying root causes and implementing bug fixes to ensure advertiser satisfaction.
- Develop and innovate audience engagement features for the ad platforms, directly contributing to enhanced campaign performance and significant ROI for advertisers.
- Leverage and gain expertise in a range of backend technologies.
