Jos Description:
- Foundry,OSAT、IP、EDA suppliers research, evaluation, selection; existing supplier management .
- RFQ, negotiation, assess risk, establishment of contracts and follow-up.
- Work with Product Team, Package Solution Team and suppliers to find quality improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
- Keep improving work/system process.
- Work out allocation between suppliers based on pricing, performance, cycle time and other factors 6.Other works from team leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- More than 5 years sourcing experience in IC industry.
- International and multicultural experience.
- Experience on Oracle or other ERP system.
- Understanding of sourcing and supply procedures, good communication skills, good cost awareness. Knowledge on IC production process will be preferred.
- Experience on dealing with Foundry or assembly/test or IP/EDA vendors.
- Integrity, good ethics, hard work, have a good team spirit of cooperation.
