Job Title: Specialist English Educator (SEN-Focused, Year 7 & 8)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, level-appropriate English lessons for Year 7 & 8 students
- Adapt teaching strategies to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Use digital tools to boost student participation and interest
- Monitor learning progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Work closely with parents, teaching staff, and specialists to guide student growth
- Be part of the wider school culture assemblies, events, co-curriculars
- Ensure student safety and uphold safeguarding practices
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree + PGCE or equivalent
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum 3 years of classroom experience
- Strong background in SEN support (essential!)
- Confident with UK/International English curriculum
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools in teaching
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Open, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
