Roles and responsibilities
Join the exciting team at Ministry of Football and Ministry of Sports! We’re seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to oversee and grow our dynamic programs and sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead outreach initiatives through cold calling and strategic marketing
- Promote programs on our websites and social channels
- Build partnerships to drive event and program participation
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of sports events and weekly programs
- Supervise venues, scheduling, and overall event quality
- Manage freelance sports staff: recruitment, scheduling, performance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and organizational standards
Requirements:
