Team Summary
The Global Clients team exists to support Visa’s key clients to provide world class support to our clients globally and across our regions. The position will work closely with both a core and cross-functional team of internal partners, regionally and globally, and will work closely with client executives to create value for both organizations.
The team is responsible for driving growth and new business opportunities with Visa’s key global Fis, Fintech and remitter clients. They are at the forefront of payments innovation and our team ensures Visa supports their ambitions, whether launching a new product or expanding into new geographies.
What a Senior Manager, Remitters and Revenue Acceleration for Global Clients does at Visa:
The newly created role will be responsible for managing our emerging Remitter clients in the Asia Pacific region. This includes managing clients, developing and executing account plans and sales strategies to increase revenue from existing and new businesses. Additionally, this role will also drive revenue acceleration activities across the broader Asia Pacific Global Clients team. This will include time sensitive strategic projects, cross account initiatives and embedding best practices and learnings across account teams. This Sr. Manager will also work closely with the Global Clients Revenue Acceleration team, and other global account members to drive this practice.
- Lead and manage specific remitter client relationships by providing dedicated support
- Proactively identify, develop and execute on opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and work with relevant stakeholders to mutually grow client and Visa business
- Coordinate and drive a collaborative and focused effort including business development, account executive and solutions specialists. Work collaboratively with other teams in Visa, such as product management and client services teams, to ensure that customer objectives are met and that regional financial targets for spend and revenue are achieved.
- Work with the AP Global Clients leads to prioritize and amplify strategic initiatives and embed best practices and revenue acceleration initiatives across the clients
- Collaborate closely with the broader global client functions, other account teams and market teams to align goals and key initiatives, providing necessary support
- Analyze sales and performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Support the deployment of shared investment funds globally and locally, in accordance with the funds mandated purpose. Provide and follow robust governance for fund deployment, secure funds allocation to the best possible business opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in strategy, sales and/or relationship management. Payment technology knowledge is preferred but not required
- Client centric approach and problem solving: Willing to listen and understand the client’s problems, develops solutions through market and client knowledge, can navigate internal roadblocks to close deals
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions through business case development, having managed a P&L previously with focus on growth and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Results-driven team player. Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a multi-functional, challenging, and fast-paced environment
- Natural ability to navigate cross-functional and complex relationships globally.
