Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate the daily operational activities of the store, ensuring the prompt and accurate packing of picklists and BOMs
· Manage store inventory, ensuring that items are stored in an easy to access manners (depending on the frequency usage of the items) and comply to safety regulations.
· Practice FIFO for chemicals, ensuring that team members follow
· Conduct and assists on monthly cycle count and manage inventory discrepancies.
· Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, well-organized, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.
· Supervise and mentor store staff, providing guidance and support for their daily tasks.
· Train new employees on store processes and procedures
· Supervise and participate in the receiving, inspection, and sorting of incoming goods.
· Pick, pack, and label for both incoming and outgoing goods.
· Maintain and service of warehouse tools, equipment, and machinery.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Warehouse/inventory management
· Proficient in MS Office software
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Fast and have a high sense of urgency
· Honest, hardworking, and responsible
· Possess positive work attitude and willing to learn
· Ability to adjust work hours occasionally to accommodate urgent tasks or deadline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
