General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organise warehouse/ office area and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Assists with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in warehouse/office.
- Pack goods onto storage/ display racks.
- Assists to establish control and managing stock level to ensure optimal stock par level through analysis of sales figures, trends and forecasting future sales.
- Maintains proper inventory levels, ensures stocking, implements purchasing plans and maintains contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
- Initiates and organise special promotions, events and clearance sales.
- Communicates with outlet and sales team regarding stock levels and events.
- Seeks ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
- Maintains good service contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Performs administrative support for order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Data entry and order processing.
- Responsible for stocktaking and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensures inventory management, cleanliness and hygiene matters are carried out in warehouse/ office.
- Ensures all inventory transaction is updated within the timeline and stock accuracy in the system.
- Maintains and upkeep weekly reports on inventory and storage supplies including but not limited to disposable wares, ingredients and packing items.
- General housekeeping – maintaining the warehouse.
- Assists in preparation for bar opening such as table set up and serves customers as and when required and participates and manages assigned sections to provide an awesome beverage experience for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar outlet including cleaning floor, windows glass, washroom and bar kitchen.
- Have good computer skills.
- Performs other related duties assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
