- To prepare and submit material and shop drawing to consultants for approval.
- Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.
- To Monitor and supervisor work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meeting master program schedule.
- Work closely with the project manager and /or Engineer to prepare work method statement, Risk assessment and related documentation for the client when requested.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
- Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Related degree in M& E or Trade or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 year experience for main contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects
- Strong in communication skill and speak good English
