Description:
- Assist handle project management, leading, and managing workers.
- Assist create and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures, and identifying potential construction problems.
- Conduct regular technical / site/coordination meetings to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are fully met.
- Assist prepare project deficiency lists and monitoring projects towards timely completion according to schedule.
- Perform risk management, and enforce site safety standards are in order.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or higher qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with Autocad software.
