Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Baker Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in producing a variety of cakes and pastries, as well as managing daily shopfront operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of high-quality cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality control, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage the shopfront, including inventory management, customer service, and staff coordination
- Train and supervise junior baking and shop staff
- Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and product quality
- Collaborate with the team on new product development and seasonal offerings
- Handle extended working hours, particularly during peak periods or special events
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in baking and shopfront management
