Work Schedule: Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Able to commit to long working hours with prolonged standing.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple teams of cleaners across various cleaning sites/projects
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards; provide guidance and assistance when needed
- Assist in planning work schedules and manpower deployment
- Monitor and ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and tender specifications
- Implement operational plans to enhance work processes and service quality
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally; maintain good customer relationships
- Inspect and ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and reorder when necessary
- Resolve operational issues and make timely decisions
- Submit daily cleaning reports
- Facilitate effective communication and staff engagement at the workplace
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Problem-solving mindset
- Physically fit .able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
