Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Support staff training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily reconciliation.
- Drive sales by promoting special offers and upselling menu items.
- Assist in analyzing financial reports and help meet budgetary targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer skills.
