Job Description & Requirements
- Assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and serving of meals.
- Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food to customers.
- Handle cashier duties and manage simple transactions if required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and ensure proper storage of kitchen items.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with NEA regulations.
- Support the cook/chef and other team members in smooth canteen operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or canteen manager.
