We’re Hiring: Swimming Instructors
Are you passionate about swimming and love working with people? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team! Whether you’re an experienced swim coach or someone eager to learn, we provide the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities using our structured curriculum.
- Adapt your teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring a positive and encouraging experience.
- Prioritize safety and well-being during every lesson.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families, keeping them updated on progress and goals.
- Commit to a fixed weekly schedule to provide consistent, high-quality instruction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for swimming and teaching others.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Availability during peak hours, including weekends.
- Prior experience or certifications (e.g., lifeguarding, CPR) are a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
