Job Description of Talent Acquisition Executive:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Drive innovative sourcing to attract diverse, qualified talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and recruitment partners.
- Oversee onboarding and analyze hiring data for improvements.
- Manage HR reports, work pass applications, and contracts.
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related study
- At least 2 - 3 years of full spectrum recruitment experience, dealing with C-suites positions
