About the team:
Talent Acquisition Center - Global was established in 2020 and aims at providing strategic recruitment solutions and delivery across the world for different business units, products and platforms at ByteDance and TikTok sustainably. Our mission is to boost efficiency, enhance globalization, pursue sustainable development, and deliver the best outcomes and solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the lead based in Singapore. Strategize and work with the lead on existing and new client relationships who are HRBPs/TAs and to an extent, hiring managers / business leaders who require people solutions and recruitment needs.
2. Develop subject matter expertise and own TAC Global's strategic sourcing. Deliver search/sourcing strategies, talent mappings, insights, and ultimately cultivate strong talent pools for current and future engagements.
3. Partner with global HRBP/TA teams to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along business timelines, with a focus on professional and senior-level hires.
4. Screen and select both technical and non-technical talent effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture with the environment.
5. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process with the lead.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5 or more years of working experience in recruitment and team management.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills to influence stakeholders.
3. Good data management and data analysis skills.
4. Ability to implement various hiring matrices to increase efficiency and to communicate with stakeholders using data driven reports.
5. Accountable for client deliverables and taking ownership of the entire process.

1. Self-starter, intrinsically motivated, and able to work independently.
2. Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruitment processes.
3. Highly-attuned and self-aware when it comes to managing stakeholders and clients.
4. Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates, whether offered or not.
5. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have plenty of support from the lead and team, but often have to figure out novel and innovative solutions yourself.
6. Optimistic and collaborative - we're building an awesome, high-octane team and looking for someone excited to roll up their sleeves and join us as we start this journey!
