Job Responsibilities
- Support the TCGM manager in overall Management of TCGM (Total Chemical & Gas Management) operation at client sites.
- Attend customer meetings, provide technical updates, and submit daily operation reports.
- Lead and supervise a team of (6 Technicians) to ensure smooth operations and strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan and execute daily TCGM operations and preventive maintenance for chemical and gas distribution systems within semiconductor facilities.
- Conduct inspections to ensure chemical, slurry and gas system integrity in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, including pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes (VMB) and Valve Manifold Panels (VMP).
- Manage on-site spare parts inventory and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor and analyze system performance, quality trends, and reliability data to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with customers to provide technical support and ensure sufficient chemical and gas materials are available within permitted usage limits.
- Train and coach team members, coordinate with Safety officers on required certifications and training courses.
- Maintain high housekeeping and 5S in all TCGM-managed areas
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Keys Requirements
- Possess Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical or E&I Engineering Field or equivalent working experience in TCGM or TCM or TGM related operation or maintenance work.
- Candidate with higher education level will be considered as Senior Engineer position.
- Proven supervisory skills in leading and managing a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience (operation or / and troubleshooting) in chemical, slurry or / and gas system is an advantage.
- Basic chemical knowledge and experience on chemical or gas operations and understanding of P&ID and system design.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Experience in maintenance works for pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, VMB, VMP etc…
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with English and Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors.
- Good adaptability and flexibilityWork Location is at the East of Singapore, Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
